SLA Tab

Service Level Agreements are of benefit when response times and error rates have already been specified in the performance requirements for AgileLoad.

SLA tab

SLA’s are based on Timers (not Page Timers) in the scripts in the entire Job (not in like the other tabs which relate only to the Task Group scenario in focus at the time). If there is a section in the script that should be included in the SLA’s, a timer should be added to that part of the script. Clicking on the relevant SLA will activate the Threshold or Transaction Error Definition controls. The SLA tab will identify if multiple ramps ups are specified in the Job (in this case it they are) and add a column for each plateau.
