Check parameters

Check name:

Specify a check name in the Name field. The default check name is "Check #RequestIdentifier". In case of failure, an error message including this name will be reported in the audit log.

On failed:

The "on failed" drop-down list specifies the action to take in case of check failure:

Continue The user continues to run the script.
Exit script The user exits the current script.
Stop user The user is stopped.
Goto Set the position to the specified script label.


Check size

Used to verify the document body size.

  1. Select the "Size" option, 
  2. Select an operator from the "Operator" drop-down list,
  3. Select the comparison size in the "Size (bytes)" field.

Check code

Used to verify the http response code

  1. Select the "Http Code" option,
  2. Select an operator from the "Operator" drop-down list,
  3. Select the comparison code from the "Code" drop-down list.

 


Check body

Used to verify the presence of a character string in the response body.

  1. Select the "Body" option,
  2. Select an operator from the "Operator" drop-down list,
  3. Specify a character string to search in the "Search string" field,
  4. To locate the search in a sub-part of the document, select the "Extract value" check box. 
    The sub-part of the document can be specified using a parsing function. You can specify the parsing function manually or select a parsing method in the Parse view and click the Copy to Check button ().
