Virtual Switch

This view represents the activity of the virtual switches.

The grid located at the top of the window shows each individual virtual switch with the following information for each one:

KBytes sent / sec This counter represents the total number of Kbytes sent per second by the virtual switch.
KBytes received / sec This counter represents the total number of Kbytes received per second by the virtual switch.
Packets sent / sec This counter represents the total number of packets sent per second by the virtual switch.
Packets received / sec This counter represents the total number of packets received per second by the virtual switch.
Packets flooded / sec This counter represents the total number of packets flooded per second by the virtual switch.
Broadcast packets sent / sec This counter represents the total number of broadcast packets sent per second by the virtual switch.
Broadcast packets received / sec This counter represents the total number of broadcast packets received per second by the virtual switch.
Multicast packets sent / sec This counter represents the total number of multicast packets sent per second by the virtual switch.
Multicast packets received / sec This counter represents the total number of multicast packets received per second by the virtual switch.

By default, the last snapshot is displayed in the grid. Use the slidder (or the arrow buttons) located at the top of the grid to navigate through the collected snapshots. In monitoring, the "Auto-Update" button must be unchecked to be able to navigate through the collected snapshots.

Select one or more virtual switches in the grid (Check box at the left of the grid) to update the graphes located at the bottom of the window. If several entries are selected, the statistics are aggregated.
