Virtual Machines

The VMs window shows information about the Virtual Machines activity.

The grid located at the top of the window shows each individual virual machine with the CPU,memory usage, disk and network performance for each one.

By default, the last snapshot is displayed in the grid. Use the slidder (or the arrow buttons) located at the top of the grid to navigate through the collected snapshots. In monitoring, the "Auto-Update" button must be unchecked to be able to navigate through the collected snapshots.

Select a VM in the grid (radio button at the left of the grid) to update the graphes located at the bottom of the window.

CPU

CPU usage in % CPU usage as a percentage over the collected interval
CPU usage in MHz CPU usage in MHz over the collected interval

Memory usage (%)

Memory usage as percentage of total configured or available memory

Per Memory type statistics

active Amount of memory that is actively used.
shared Amount of memory that is shared.
balloon Amount of memory used by the memory control.
overhead Amount of additional host memory allocated to the VM.
swapin Amount of memory that is swapped in.
swapout Amount of memory that is swapped out.
swaptarget Amount of memory that can be swapped.
swapped Amount of memory that is swapped.
zero Amount of memory that is zeroed out.
consumed Amount of memory consumed bu the virtual machine for guest memory.
granted Amount of memory that is granted.
