Graph Series Tab

The Series tab is divided into seven columns :

Column

Description

Name

Series name 

Average

Average calculated on the data series

Min

Minimum value

Max

Maximum value

Last Value Last value

Scale

Graph values are multiplied by the Scale value

Description

Complete path of the data test

The Minimum, Maximum, and Average values change when the graph is zoomed or moved.

Selecting “add curve“ from the Series contextual menu creates a new Series by applying a function to the current Series. 
The contextual menu seen below lists the functions that can be applied to the current series:

Command

Average

The Average Function calculates the average of every group of Period points

Cumulative

 

Exp. Average

Exponential average based on weight

Exp. Mov. Avg.

Uses the following formula: FP = 2 / (Period + 1)

Exp. trend

Trend with exponential weighting

High

The High Function plots input high points

Low

The Low Function plots input low points

Momentum

Value ratio compared with previous 'nth' value

Moving Avg.

The Moving Average Function calculates the simple or weighted average of every group of Period points

Root Mean Sq

(RMS) Result = Sqrt( Sum( Square(Value) ) ) / NumValues )

Std Deviation

The Std Deviation Function calculates the standard deviation of every group of Period points

Trend

Draws best trend line through Series input points
